1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Services Description

We provide AI-assisted tools for generating, editing, managing, and exporting images and videos, as well as related account, credit, and asset features.

Features, models, availability, and credit pricing may change over time as we improve the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Credits, Fees, and Payments

Certain features require credits or paid plans. Credits are consumed when generation or related tasks are submitted, according to the pricing shown in the product.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.

Failed, canceled, or moderated generations may, at our discretion, result in credit restoration.

5. User Content and Outputs

You retain rights in prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit (“User Content”), subject to the license below. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed to submit User Content.

You grant Aivora Technology Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

Subject to these Terms and third-party model provider restrictions, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content involving minors.

You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, interface design, and documentation, are owned by Aivora Technology Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights in the Services are transferred.

8. Third-Party Models and Providers

The Services may rely on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure partners. Your use of outputs may also be subject to those providers’ terms and acceptable-use policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, model behavior changes, or provider-side refusals beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

The Services and outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should review outputs before relying on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivora Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
